so i thought a topic on self improvement would help us a lot espically in the mental health area. it doesn’t have to be drastic, just little things that make us feel better. and if there’s people with the same goals, you could become accountability partners! here’s mine;

-drink a gallon of water a day
-exercise as often as i can
-have a screen detox once a day
-eating three meals a day, even if it’s small
-more skincare
-talking to someone irl or over the phone (calling)
-complimenting someone at least twice a day
-spend more time with family
-writing in a journal

I agree with everything you said, but some things that also help me are:

- Getting fresh air/going outside
- Getting enough sleep

I love to write songs, sing even though I can’t sing haha, do math (I love math don’t judge me), read, sewing, dancing, eat and I try to bike a few miles everyday.
Also stuff I can’t do right now:
Swimming, talking physically to my friends and going to school.
