Irregular period. How do I track ovulation?

I’ve always had the most regular period but since I’ve been trying to conceive, my period has been either 2 - 3 days late or 1 week early! Now I can’t even predict my ovulation date. Help!

You can star tacking using an ovulation pack. I use the one from Clearblue few days after my period is gone. Good luck

I use Femometer strips to track my ovulation. They are cheap and do a good job too!
