I’m going to start taking the pill soon

Hi girls! I have my first gynaecologist appointment soon (I’m 17 and in a relationship) I’m thinking of going on the pill to prevent getting pregnant. I would like to know how this went for you and if I should know anything about taking the pill. Did you have problems with your weight? Bad headaches? Did it affect you emotionally? Any other things? Just bloating and nausea for the first couple weeks. But symptoms vary from person to person.

I took it 3 months but it caused terrible headaches 🤦🏼‍♀️ So, I had to stop using it. But, of course it changes from one woman to another.
