Advice needed

Im almost done with my first ever pack of birth control (I’m taking the 7 placebos now) and I planned on take a one day break before I start the next pack; that way my next pack will start on a Sunday not a Saturday. I am on a combination pill for PCOS I have two questions:

1) is it safe to stop for a day and start again? What will happen if I do?

2) how to I stop a birth control cycle in the app. It just keeps going on forever. Do I delete the pill history completely or is there a way to stop the cycle?
