Im up in weight myself. I know some thing that mag work. I been on it for 11 days and loses 4.2 lbs. I been fasting. During the time that i can eat i do only do 2 or 2 1/2 sodas and alot of health foods like fruit,vegetables, salads, healthy meals and go out to eat once every 2 weeks. But you can eat want ever you want as long as its not fattening. I recommend only drinking water while fasting. Thats want im doing. If you feel like your blood suger is going down while fast drink some soda or something with suger in it. Im been use an app called fastic to help keep track. I hope it helps.
