I am 13. I did the chloe ting 2 week shred first. It may seem RLLY hard at first but I did it twice and it got easier. I then moved onto pamela reif. Her videos r rlly hard cuz there are no breaks but it rlly helps. Maybe u could start with her to lose it faster? Idk u may just end up being soor. But those r my tips

oh ye also I watched this yt vid where they drank a gallon of water everyday for a week and they lost weight so make sure to drink lots of water (but not a gallon a day 😂😅)
