Tell what to do i need to get fat
My weight is 62 but if you see my shape you will said that iam 50 or less i dont know why
My tall is 157
I am like teen girl.. I dont like my shape and my age is 26

To get fat u need to eat more and eat more carbs don’t eat to much junk food though

I totally understand where you're coming from. I'm 20 years old. 5'4 ft & 85lbs. I hate my weight more than anything. People give me funny looks and are always rude to me. I can't gain weight no matter how much I try. The most I've ever weighed is 98lbs. I've never made it to 100lbs before. I can't help you gain weight, but I can definitely help with moral support.

Wow trust I fully understand. I am 36 and am 5'2 and between 85-90 lbs it go up and down. I have been this way my entire life. I will always have the bone structure of a 12 year old. I also know how it feels to be stereotyped and made fun of and talked rudely about. Even when I was pregnant, I didn't go over 100 lbs.

I’m struggling to gain weight,I’m 21 and I’m 5’2.
From I was 16 my earring habit changed, i use to eat every 30minutes but I wouldn’t eat a lot I was picky... so growing up I always weighed from 100-115lb, I currently weigh 91 and I’ve Ben going up to 98lb and falling back down to 87lb don’t have any appetite..

I tried all weigh going syrups and pills available in my country.. and all they do I just make me sleepy not hungry just sleepy,,, I’m also lactose intolerance so I can’t consume any dairy products.. I need help.
