Sadly that doesn’t matter once they have stated their age and their age is under 13. The rule is that you must be 13 to be able to use the forum. However if the person doesn’t say their age and is underage there is nothing that can be done until the person states their age.

I am older than 13 (17 years old) I started my period at age 11. I would have loved this app and forums at that age for questions I had that I didn't want to ask my parents. A lot of girls start their period at an age younger than 13. I was wondering why have to be older than 13 for this app. I get that this app is only for once you started your period but shouldn't it be available for all girls that have their period? I am genuinely curious.

Yes and no, I believe that younger girls should have a place to go to talk however I don’t think the internet is the right place for them. Especially when there is an adult section connected to the teen section. Kids should learn a few things that adults talk about on here from an adult that they can trust or the parents, not the Internet forums. Also young girls most of the time can not give good advice.
